The staff were kind and responsive, offering us free breakfast and a late check-out on Christmas day. the hotel is centrally located, with easy access to taxis and popular attractions. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, with stunning views of the city.
Our room was cramped and poorly designed. the bathroom layout was awkward and caused water to splash everywhere during showers.

Comfortable beds and reliable Wi-Fi
Stayed here for a business trip, and the beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Some other hotels I've stayed in have had hard mattresses which can make for a difficult sleep, but that wasn't the case here. Wi-Fi was also reliable throughout my stay which was a relief. The location was very convenient for getting around in the city, as it was in close proximity to many restaurants and shops.
The options were limited and not very tasty. , the bathroom was extremely cramped, and the shower was set up in a way that made everything very wet and slippery.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is surrounded by historic buildings and popular restaurants. From the hotel, I could easily walk to the river to admire the old colonial architecture. the central station is also not far away, making transportation a breeze. the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, with helpful staff available at all times. the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, and the modern lift made traveling up and down the floors a breeze. the facilities were top-notch and added to the value of the stay.
A minor issue with the bathroom door, but it did not detract from the overall positive experience.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with hardwood floors and a relaxing seating area. I loved having a private balcony in some units, offering a great city view. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels in every room was a nice touch. The private bathrooms were clean and had a hot shower, free amenities, and a hairdryer. The air-conditioned rooms were just perfect, keeping us cool during our stay.
Personally, I didn't really care for the windows in the air-conditioned room offering a city view.
